I have been working in the field of complementary medicine for the last fourteen years, with a particular focus on massage therapy and bodywork. During this time I have written and contributed to many articles for most major UK newspapers and magazines.

It has been a passion of mine to be involved in the progression of Massage Therapy as a profession, and my involvement in the past with the British Massage Therapy Council and currently with the General Council for Massage Therapy, has enabled me to contribute to the self regulation process.
The mass of knowledge I have accumulated, in what some may consider as a fairly short period of time, has resulted in TV and Radio slots and presentations at CAM forums and lifestyle exhibitions. A range of professional massage products has also been researched and commissioned. I have also had the pleasure to be a Judge for the New Woman Awards, which involves the luxury of testing out a wide range of body products. Some are very exclusive and expensive and the best part is, I am allowed to keep them. A perk of the job!
